Hi one of the things several teachers have asked me about is how can they take pictures with their new Chromebook and convert them to PDFs for documents that they give to their students here's how the first thing I'm doing is I'm setting up a little look for myself against which I can either lean or just quickly lightly hold a document against it the next thing I'm going to do is I'm going to go to my Chromebook here and to get to all the apps there's that little circle in the bottom left corner and one of the apps is camera open up the camera and gosh that camera angle is far too high for the document so I'm going to drop it down so it gets a document and I can see both me and the document and I have a little bit of an edge and that's fine I just want to capture the document so I use the touchscreen and it takes a picture then what I do is I go to the 3 to that circle in the corner again and then I go to files and then I go to images there's the image and then what I'll do is I'll use the pencil to edit and I will crop or out the piece I don't want in the document done and then to convert it to a PDF I hit on the printer and I choose the option save as PDF and I'm gonna save that PDF into my Google Drive safe and that's how you take a picture with the Chromebook of a document and convert it to a PDF once I have it as a PDF I can do whatever I want with it distribute to the students using...
